ComVoix operates as a Non-Gateway Intermediate Provider, providing wholesale voice transit services to carrier customers. ComVoix does not originate or terminate calls to end users and does not have a direct relationship with consumer end users.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from ComVoix’s wholesale carrier customers and website visitors. It does not apply to call content, consumer end-user data, or information collected or processed by our customers or their downstream providers. Each carrier customer is independently responsible for its own privacy practices with respect to its end users.

3. Information We Collect

a. Customer Onboarding Information

In connection with our Know-Your-Customer and due diligence obligations, we collect the following information from carrier customers:

  • Entity name, formation documents, and good-standing status
  • Business description, including use of autodialing technology
  • Physical business address
  • Ownership and management information
  • Current and prior IP addresses
  • FCC Registration Number (FRN), 499 Filer ID, and RMD registration status
  • Contact information for authorized representatives
  • Litigation history pertaining to the customer or its principals

b. Traffic & Network Data

In the ordinary course of providing services, ComVoix processes call detail records (CDRs) and signaling data necessary for call routing, billing, and network management. This includes:

  • Calling and called party numbers
  • Call duration
  • Timestamps
  • SIP signaling metadata

ComVoix does not record, monitor, or access the content of calls transiting its network.

c. Website Information

When you visit our website, we may collect standard server log data such as:

  • IP address

8. No Consumer End-User Data

ComVoix provides wholesale voice transit services exclusively to carrier customers.

ComVoix:

Any call data processed is limited to signaling and routing metadata, not call content.

Each carrier customer is independently responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding its own end users.
